Description: This is a webinar for those who have been using Facebook and/or Twitter for a few weeks or months but would like to have a better understanding of what they’re doing and how to do it better. This would include the discussion of “add-ons” like Tweetdeck or ping.fm and strategies for accessibility (from bit.ly to hashtags to search terms). From an organizational perspective, it will review NACHC’s plans, but it will also look at ways in which these tools are being used by PCAs and health centers in the field. Intermediate technical, intermediate theory.

Competency: CHC-M2, M8 Manage the interactions between the customer and the rest of the Community Health Center. Develop education and outreach materials for targeted populations.
